How We Are Organized
The basic unit of TelecomPioneers is the chapter. There are eight (8) chapters of New Outlook Pioneers in the United States. The chapters are organized geographically, and were originally formed with approximately the same number of members in each chpter. Some chapters are further locally divided into councils, and some councils are divided into clubs.
